Focus Homes has a range of over 25 Standard Designs for you to choose from. We have recently added 4 new designs the

Touchwood Kiwibach & the
Cooks Beach to our range. Our standard design ranges from 2 bedrooms up to 4 bedrooms & you also have the option to have a gibbed interior or a wooden interior with the
Touchwood system. The advantages of choosing a Focus Homes standard design is that you know exactly what you are getting & the cost right from the start.
If you can't find a standard design that gives you everything you are wanting to acheive then a specific design may be the better option. Focus Homes designer Mark Lowe, is happy to talk with you & come up with a design that suits your requirements & your budget.
