At Focus Homes we have developed a range of over 20 plans for you to choose from and offer a choice of building systems. Whether you choose to build in a conventional style or the touchwood style. One of the things that set us apart from other building companies is that we are extremely flexible and if during the building process you decide you would like to make a change to your plan we will be more than willing to alter the plan to suit. We won’t penalise you for the change, we’ll simply re-cost to reflect the true cost of building your home. In some cases the change may even make things cheaper for you. All of our plans have options for adding different elements such as ensuites, open fires or walk in wardrobes. Whatever you have in mind, let us know and we’ll accommodate you.
